Dear suppliers, please take these points into account in your Commercial Offer and send us a correctly filled letter if all the criteria are met.

1.

The subject of the letter

The subject of your letter should give a clear idea of what you are offering inside the letter and contain well-chosen keywords.

For example, if you sell raw materials, then the subject of the letter should look like this:

RAW MATERIALS - GYPSUM G10 GRAY - LLC “CHAMOMILE” TM CHAMOMILE

An example for advertising agencies:

ADVERTISING - WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION - LLC “CHAMOMILE” TM CHAMOMILE

An example for transport providers:

TRACTORS - TRUCKS - LLC “ROMASHKA” TM ROMASHKA

THE ESSENCE OF THE PROPOSAL

The body of the letter should contain specific information aboutYour product, its cost with delivery to our production in Ramenskoye and price without pickup delivery with your exact address.

SPECIFY THE CONTACTS

There should be clear contact details at the end of the text of your KP.

DEFERRED
PAYMENT

The delay in payment must be at least 30 calendar days, and for certain product groups more than 60 days.
